Higher Logic Subprocessors
Higher Logic uses certain subprocessors to assist it in providing the Higher Logic Software Services as described in the Online License Agreement (“Agreement”) . Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Agreement.
What is a Subprocessor
A subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by Higher Logic, including entities from within the Higher Logic Group, who has or potentially will have access to or process Subscriber Data (which may contain Personal Data). Higher Logic engages different types of subprocessors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below.
