We believe in the importance of work-life balance. We have a generous PTO plan to encourage our employees to take time off so they can come back refreshed. Most teams have flexible work hours with the ability for remote work, and we offer special “Higher Logic Hours” throughout the year including our August Summer Fridays.

We’re dedicated to ensuring all employees have the information they need to do their jobs well. We use our own product to keep our community of employees connected #AllTogether in their daily work and through special interest groups like Women in Tech and PRIDE. We have monthly product updates and trainings, and our CEO hosts quarterly Town Hall meetings and huddles with each team to ensure they are informed about our product and the state of the business.

We host activities like our annual President’s Club Trip to celebrate top performers across all areas of the business, a Managers Summit to give our people managers the tools and resources they need to lead their teams, hackathons for our people to grow in their skills, and team outings to help everyone bond.
We give back
With our HL Cares program, we strive to give back to our local communities and to our employees. We donate to many local charities throughout the year as a company and offer our employees an additional PTO day to use for any volunteering activity. We also work with Team Rubicon where our employees have the chance to volunteer to help with disaster relief.
We live it up
We love to have fun while we reach our goals. We host many gatherings in our offices from breakfasts (complete with omelet stations!) to gourmet lunches to lively happy hours. While we connect with each other digitally every day, we also love to help employees connect with their coworkers in person, so we host outings throughout the year to help everyone unwind and get to know each other.

The Engineering team is responsible for the development, delivery, and technical support of our software applications. Our engineering team is comprised of Software Development, Application Engineering (AppEng), Quality Assurance, and Development Operations (DevOps).
The IT team serves as a trusted technology advisor to the business. They deliver cost-effective solutions and services that drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, scale our processes, and secure company and stakeholder assets.
Legal & Finance
The Legal & Finance team advises the business on legal affairs and strategies to create long-term value. They gather insights into key drivers of the business, supporting business initiatives, establishing data integrity and scalable business processes, and identifying financial opportunities.
The Marketing team works to create a brand synonymous with community, run a pipeline engine for finding and engaging prospects, and unleash the shared passion of our growing community of employees, customers, and partners.
The People team works to foster a productive environment that thrives on culture. They’re creating a place where everyone challenges each other, shares ideas, and collaborates for the best outcome.
The Product Management team works to make Higher Logic the market leader in engagement platforms by focusing on products to drive engagement, leveraging industry-driven approaches and business processes, and creating new features for customer growth.
The Sales team is responsible for improving the buying process for our customers. Their success comes from our compelling integrated value proposition as well as a supportive, sustainable, and challenging environment. The main sales priorities are lead generation, pipeline management, and sales enablement.
Services and Support
The Services and Support team serves as the primary liaison between our customers and Higher Logic. Whether our customers want to enhance their relationship with Higher Logic, deploy an implementation, get educational or managed services, or simply log a support case, our Customer Experience team is here to help.
